In this role, the Teaching Assistant (TA) will support teaching and learning by working alongside staff to help pupils remain focused, confident, and motivated. You will play an important part in promoting inclusion and supporting a range of learning needs. Core Responsibilities: Support pupils during lessons to help them understand tasks and instructions. Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning. Assist in creating a supportive and well-organised classroom environment. Encourage positive behaviour and participation in learning activities. Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role. A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with young people. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
