Group Accountant | High-growth, PE-Backed | London / Hybrid
Salary: £60k - £65k plus bonus and excellent benefits
I'm working with a fast-growing, PE-backed business, expanding through acquisitions, who are looking for a Group Accountant to join their central finance team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to group reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and technical accounting, working closely with the Group FD and CFO.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain head office management accounts for multiple entities
* Implement cost structures, approval processes, and dashboards
* Support group consolidation and provide financial insight to senior stakeholders
* Assist with audits, acquisitions, and post-deal accounting
* Drive improvements in finance systems, processes, and controls
What They’re Looking For
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualified
* 1–2 years post-qualified experience (Big 4/top-tier practice preferred)
* Strong technical accounting and hands-on bookkeeping mindset
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-entity, PE-backed environment
* Proactive, confident, and able to build processes from scratch
* Hybrid working from London HQ
* Exposure to senior leadership and accelerated career progression
