Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Representatives. We offer aggressive hourly pay plus a rich commission. Our reps can make $18-35 per hour. Who we are: Blufox is a fast-growing branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services with locations in 15 states and expanding. Under the XFINITY brand, Comcast is a major provider of High-speed Internet, MOBILE, Home Security, Video and Voice services to residential and business customers. As a preferred branded partner, Blufox aims to expand its retail footprint to over 200 locations across the US in the coming years.

What we are looking for: The ideal candidate has retail sales experience and is eager to join our growing team. Experience selling Mobile and Cable products is a plus.

As a Sales Representative, your primary duties will be promoting the sale of all Xfinity services and products – Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Voice. You will develop foundational knowledge of Comcast products, use sales skills, and maximize sales through upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Core responsibilities:

1. Sales: Present, promote and sell these products/services to existing and prospective customers. Upsell by recognizing opportunities and articulating competitive advantages.
2. Execute sales closing techniques to maximize Gross Profit.
3. Create value around products and tailor packages to fit customer needs.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and maximize commissions.

Customer service:

1. Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude with customers in a changing environment.
2. Build positive relationships to enhance company image.
3. Strive to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each interaction.

Organization goals:

1. Work well with the team, manage relationships, and be open to feedback.
2. Stay up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies for the Company and competitors.
3. Achieve overall performance goals of the organization.
4. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Job Qualifications

* Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to stand for long periods
* Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
* Reliable transportation
* Full Time, Open Availability
* Job Types: Full-time, Commission
* Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000 per year
