Location: Bournemouth (office based)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week with 30 min paid lunch break
Pay: £27,000 - £27,5000 depending on experience

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with an eye for quality and a knack for problem solutions to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Administrator. You will be the go-to person in this position for keeping our facilities operating smoothly Excellent telephone manner is a must
Duties:
* Answering customer calls/email's and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works
* To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas
* Answering general enquiries
* General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required
* Schedule engineers' diaries
* General administrative tasks
* Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Great telephone manner
* Customer and team focused
* Must be computer literate
Skills required:
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Knowledge of computer systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel
* Good telephone manner
