About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will manage classroom behaviour, support learning, and maintain continuity in education across various subjects and year groups. Responsibilities: • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete set work. • Maintain a positive, safe, and focused classroom environment at all times. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies and procedures. • Support students with questions and provide guidance to facilitate learning. • Report back to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour. • Adapt confidently to different subjects and classroom settings as required.
