Job Opportunity: National Contracts Manager
Our client based in Newbury is looking for a National Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an office-based, full-time, permanent role.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Contracts and Managing Director to manage contracts, quotations, estimates, pricing, and invoicing.
Shift:
* 08:00am – 17:00pm
* Monday to Friday
Pay:
Responsibilities:
* Handle a wide range of customer recycling/processing orders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Contribute to pricing, cost estimates, and resolve customer queries.
* Assist with raising and managing Purchase Orders using SAP.
* Participate in final invoicing, processing, and resolving customer, financial, and operational queries.
* Book third-party transport and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
* Support senior managers with internal monthly sales and financial reporting.
Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Operations, or Account Management.
* Experience with SAP.
* Understanding of basic Financial Accounting modules and processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to manage high volumes of varied customer orders and requirements.
* Experience in operational and management reporting, issue escalation, and resolution with senior stakeholders.
