Role Overview
The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager by delivering HR services, managing employee relations cases, and ensuring policies are followed.
Main Duties
* Advise on HR policies and employment law.
* Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance).
* Prepare contracts, letters, and ensure compliance.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
* Assist with performance management and HR initiatives.

Skills & Experience
* Experience as an HR Advisor.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
* Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
Other Information
Part-time: 22.5 hours per week (either 3 full days or 5 days).
DBS check required.
