Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include-
In the role of a Parts Advisor, you will serve as a Parts Advisor, supporting engineers with part requests. You will be part of an exceptional team of Part Advisors dedicated to delivering a fantastic service to customers and supporting engineers.
Monitor Stock levels - ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
Returning parts to suppliers
Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
Raise and Escalating part shortages
Ability to find parts through a system
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor -
Experience working as a Parts Advisor
Budget experience preferable but not required
Experience searching parts on database
Stock control
Friendly manner on phone
Great communication skills and problem solving skills
