We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Colposcopy and Hysteroscopy department. You must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is well organized and has excellent communication skills. You must be flexible and used to working under pressure. You must be eager to learn and have an interest in Gynaecology and women\'s health. You must provide compassionate and confidential patient-centered care and support in line with our Trust values.

Parkview Clinic is a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) facility in Moseley for young people aged 11-18 years who require admission due to significant psychiatric difficulties.

Responsibilities
* Set up clinic rooms and assist with stocking as required.
* Liaise closely with medical and nursing staff, medical secretaries, to ensure clinics are conducted effectively and efficiently.
* Assist in rotation to other departments within Gynaecology as required by service needs.
* Undertake training and assist with procedures in which competence has been demonstrated and recorded for the care environment in which the post holder is employed.
Qualifications
* Motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker with an interest in Gynaecology and women\'s health.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organized with excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and able to work under pressure.
* Committed to compassionate and confidential patient-centered care in line with Trust values.
