Job Description
An interim HR Advisor to:
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
* Participate in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and conducting interviews
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
* Participate in performance evaluation processes
* Comply with all statutory regulations
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
* Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies
* Education experience
* Proficiency in employment law
* Able to start immediately
* CIPD Level 5 desirable
