The role of Mobile Caretakerwill include:
1. General cleaning (including kitchens, shower rooms and bathrooms / vacuuming / dusting / mopping)
2. Some caretaking tasks as required as part of the service delivery
3. Carry out risk assessments to identify and report any potential maintenance issues, to ensure a safe environment is maintained and to support planned maintenance programmes
4. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and used in line with policies and procedures
5. Ensure all supplies and stocks are ordered, maintained and stored appropriately
6. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, providing accurate and timely information on progress and respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
Skills and experiences:
7. Able to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy
8. Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
9. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
10. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines
11. Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

23. £25,400 per annum (rising to £26,737 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
