I'm Recruiting – Quality Auditor | Children's Services | £40K | Hybrid
I'm currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to support a portfolio of children's homes and supported accommodation services.
Location: West Midlands (covering services across the region)
Salary: £40,000 + mileage
Hours: 37.5 per week
Working pattern: Hybrid – approx. 3 days onsite auditing
This role focuses on providing independent assurance on service compliance, identifying risks, areas of improvement, and supporting high-quality care standards across services.
Audits typically include:
• On-site assessments (file reviews, interviews with staff and young people, observations)
• Compliance checks against regulatory frameworks
• Report writing and quality improvement recommendations
Strong knowledge of:
Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
Ideal for professionals currently working as:
• Quality / Compliance Manager
• Responsible Individual
• Operations / Quality Lead
• Ofsted Inspector or Auditor
Driving licence and access to a car required due to travel across services.
