Job Description
Lion & Gazelle are currently seeking a PMO Manager to continue to establish, build and implement an IT PMO function for our client in the aviation sector. Reporting into an L&G Managing Partner, your day to day activities are driven by customer requirements and you will be required to be on the client site at least 3 days per week
Responsibilities
L&G are committed to delivering a proactive hub and spoke service, embracing the entire IT portfolio. You will be responsible for reviewing the current status of the PMO and then working with the client to determine where project process and procedural gaps exist in order to develop a best practice Project Management Framework for sign off and implementation. Implementation will include training of client stakeholders, with a view to transitioning the role to BAU.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years working in a PMO management role, from which you can clearly demonstrate your understanding and experience of the following:

It is essential that you are within commuting distance of the client, as you will be required to be on site at least 3 days per week. No travel expenses are on offer
Package
We offer this opportunity on a fixed term basis for 18 months, either on a PAYE or Associate basis.
