Job: Service Delivery Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Marlow
Salary: £25,000 - £28, 000 plus up to £4000 bonus plus excellent benefits
Our client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for providing excellent customers service and administration support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing customer bookings and payments
* Dealing with customer feedback and complaints
* Liaising with clients and providing updates
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Providing an after sales support for clients
* Assisting with the planning, organisation and management of events
* Ensuring all documentation are sent out to clients on time
Experience:
* Previous customer service or sales support experience
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
* Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Committed, flexible and motivated
