Acting as the Group authority on H&S, the role provides assurance and expert guidance to the Global Leadership Team (GLT), Boards, investors and external stakeholders. It ensures risks are proactively identified, managed and continuously improved through data‑led insight, while supporting broader business goals by protecting people and assets, enabling sustainable growth, safeguarding licence to operate and strengthening partner performance.
