Field Engineer - Communications & Surveillance
Location: London (Field-based)

We’re a rapidly growing tech business in the communications and surveillance space, delivering secure solutions to clients ranging from government departments and iconic institutions to schools and universities. With over 70 staff (half of whom are engineers), we’re expanding our field engineering team in London—and we need people who are more than just installers.
You’ll be part of a highly respected engineering team that installs, configures, and maintains a wide range of comms and surveillance technologies. CCTV and integrated surveillance
* You’ll be out in the field—mostly in London—making sure our customers stay connected, protected, and supported.
Experience with RF systems, CCTV, or vehicle comms
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Eligibility for Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
* Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working alone or as part of a wider team
* Company car or van (usually a car for London)
* Overtime: Paid or taken as time in lieu
* On-call allowance
* Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (4 taken at Christmas)

* High-end, low-volume projects—no conveyor belt installations here
Your clients will be equally varied—from blue-light services and defence contractors to schools and private estates. We’re looking for Field Engineers now, and London is our immediate priority—though roles may open up elsewhere too.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
