We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager with strong experience in a production-led environment. This is a key operational finance role, supporting both finance and non-finance stakeholders, with responsibility for financial control, cash management, statutory reporting, and board-level reporting. The successful candidate will bring hands-on manufacturing finance experience, a strong understanding of cost control, working capital, and cashflow, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operational setting. Manage daily cash positions across the business. Create, review, and approve electronic payments in line with delegated authorities. Produce accurate cashflow forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Oversee all banking and cash reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
