The Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative and proactive IT Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure and driving forward our technology strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in IT management, passionate about advancements in technology, and capable of proposing innovative, data-backed solutions that drive automation and simplicity.As an IT Manager at RedBite Solutions, you will work closely with our development team and other departments to support our ambitious vision and diversification plans. Your role will involve managing IT operations, implementing new technologies, and optimising IT processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. our role will involve working with others on the team to improve our operations and suggest improvements in our IT processes. Responsibilities
IT Operations Management:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and reliable IT services.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
Technical Support:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Ensure the timely resolution of IT support tickets and escalations.
* Maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
Project Management:
* Lead and manage IT projects from planning through to implementation and completion.
* Coordinate with the development team and other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strategic Planning:
* Assess the current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements or upgrades.
* Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
* Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into the company's operations.
Innovation and Automation:
* Propose and implement innovative, data-backed solutions to drive automation and simplicity in IT processes.
* Collaborate with the development team to integrate advanced IT solutions that support our innovative projects.
* Continuously seek out new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Security and Compliance:
* Ensure the security of IT systems and data.
* Implement and manage cybersecurity measures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
* Experience with network administration and IT security.
* Proficiency in project management and ITIL processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* An interest and proficiency in the advancements of IT, particularly in automation and innovation.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
Package:
* Competitive salary within the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
