What you will do:
Screen, triage, and analyse incoming contacts and referrals, applying professional thresholds to determine the appropriate level of intervention
Work collaboratively with police, health, education, and other partner agencies to ensure well-rounded and informed decision-making
Identify and address immediate safeguarding concerns and participate in strategy meetings and Section 47 enquiries when necessary
Conduct initial assessments and manage the seamless transfer of cases to the appropriate long-term teams
Maintain accurate case records with a focus on compliance and statutory timescales while engaging in ongoing professional development
