Email & Retention Marketing Manager
Location: SW London (Hybrid - 2 or 3 days a week in office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus tied to performance
Reporting to: Head of Digital

The Role
This is a crucial role in the company that is responsible for overseeing the ideation, planning & execution of MyoMasters’ CRM strategy across e‑mail and SMS. We see CRM as a valuable channel to drive revenue and build long term relationships with our customers.
You will own this part of the business and have a huge opportunity to grow and become a key player in a rapidly growing brand.
Testing, Optimisation & Performance
* Develop and run a structured testing roadmap across:
* Subject lines
* Email creative and copy
* Offers and incentives
* Send timing and frequency
* Segmentation and personalisation
* Own performance reporting and insight across email KPIs:
* Conversion rate, revenue per recipient, repeat rate, LTV
* Use data to make clear decisions and continuously optimise performance
* Document learnings and apply them at speed
Email Strategy & Execution
* Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and calendar
* Build, optimise, and manage core email flows, including:
* Welcome & first‑purchase journeys
* Post‑purchase education and product usage
* Replenishment, cross‑sell, and repeat purchase
* Abandon cart and re‑engagement
* Plan and execute campaign emails that support launches, promotions and key trading moments
* Ensure all emails are aligned with MyoMaster’s tone of voice and commercial goals
Retention & Lifecycle Growth
* Use customer behaviour and purchase data to improve lifecycle targeting
* Identify drop‑off points and opportunities to improve conversion and retention
* Build smarter segments to increase relevance and reduce over‑mailing
* Support long‑term retention strategy through education‑led email content
Collaboration
* Work closely with e‑commerce and paid media teams to align messaging and offers
* Support wider marketing activity with strong email execution
* Feed insights from email performance into broader growth strategy

What we’re looking for
* 3+ years’ experience in email / lifecycle / retention marketing
* Proven experience running A/B tests and optimising email performance
* Comfortable owning revenue targets and reporting against them
* Highly analytical — confident working with data and dashboards
* Strong copywriting skills with a commercial mindset
* Organised, detail-oriented, and excited by continuous improvement
* Experience in DTC, e‑commerce, or subscription brands strongly preferred
