A fantastic SEN primary school in North Birmingham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team of Teaching Assistants and Teachers. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide individualised support, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils reach their full potential in a nurturing environment. You will support pupils both 1-2-1 and in small groups, using a range of strategies to meet their individual needs. Your ability to build trusting relationships and maintain a calm, consistent approach will be key to success in this role.
