Overview
Modern Foreign Languages Teacher – Location: Enfield, North London. Contract: Full-time / Permanent (part-time considered). Start Date: ASAP - October 2025. Salary: £140 - £240 per day.
Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5. The ideal candidate will be able to teach French and/or Spanish to GCSE level, inspiring students to develop a passion for languages and equipping them with the skills to succeed as confident, global learners.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.
* Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment, and wider school life.
* Support students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
Person Specification / Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and a degree in a relevant subject.
* Strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish.
* A commitment to high expectations and raising attainment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
