Estate and Facilities Management
Part Time: 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) flexibility offered
We are currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Accommodation Officer to join our friendly and supportive Residential Services team. The post holder’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running/inspections of our various sized HMO properties in Chichester city and Bognor Regis town centre. Working at, and the ability to get to multiple sites in a timely manner will be necessary.
You will be the first point of contact for a range of queries, assisting with the development of all aspects of the accommodation provision and processes along with ensuring that an excellent student experience is maintained at all times and high quality, safe, and effective accommodation is provided. In addition, you will assist the Conference Team/Open Days (some weekends) in providing comprehensive support.
About you
You will have a good general education with an appropriate hospitality, lettings/facilities management qualification or relevant experience. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be competent with IT packages. You will have demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer focused environment and have the ability to work well as part of a team but also have the confidence to work on your own initiative.
