This role is ideal for individuals with strong networks, commercial awareness, and the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and serious investors.

Role Overview
As a Real Estate Investment Associate, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and qualify potential investors in your local market and connect them with our senior consultants in Dubai.
You will act as the first point of contact, building trust, understanding client objectives, and introducing UAE real estate opportunities in line with client interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential investors interested in UAE real estate
- Profile prospects thoroughly (budget, objectives, timeline, preferences)
- Open and maintain structured client profiles
- Schedule qualified meetings with senior consultants and directors
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture and develop prospects
- Share company-approved materials, project updates, and investment opportunities
- Maintain strong communication between clients and the senior team
- Support clients throughout the early stages of the investment journey

- This role does not involve licensed brokerage or sales activity
- Associates are not permitted to advise on, negotiate, or close transactions
- All presentations, advisory, and transactions are handled by RERA-certified senior consultants
- Your success is measured by the quality and conversion of the investors you introduce

What We’re Looking For
- Strong network of investors, entrepreneurs, or HNW individuals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to understand client requirements and investment objectives
- Ability to access or build relationships with qualified investors (not mass-market outreach)
- Prior experience in sales, finance, real estate, or wealth advisory is advantageous
