We currently have an opening for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.
The Role
Accounts Payable Assistant - Aberdeen or Glasgow Based within the internal finance department of AAB, the key duties of the roles are:
* Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for a number of AAB companies
* Ensuring that invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company procedure
* Admin & processing of corporate credit card statements
* Allocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runs
* Dealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner
Experience and Skill Set
Experience and skill set required for the role:
* Experience in a high volume environment is essential
* Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Proficient in the use of IT & Financial systems
* Experience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous
