Patient administrator – Radiology

37.5 hours per week

As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you're able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What's more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn't essential.
As an Patient Administrator, you will:
* Handle enquiries and general queries.
* Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct
* Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries
* Arrange Radiology appointments
* Distribute Radiology reports to referrers if required.
* Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy
* Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
* Maintain databases
* Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
Previous Healthcare Administration experience will be an advantage.
