Service Business Development Manager (South)
As our Service Business Development Manager (South), working with the UK Service Sales Manager and internal sales team, you will drive profitable growth of the service portfolio in line with company targets and objectives within the defined geographical area.
Responsibilities include:
* Retain and renew profitable service contracts while supporting the service coordinator.
* Secure new profitable service contracts from target customers within the sales area.
* Promote and sell the full service portfolio.
* Conduct field-based sales activities, including weekly meetings, reviewing savings, downtime prevention, contract benefits, and converting new installs into service contracts (>60%). Maintain CRM records and collaborate with key account sales and service engineers.
* Work with colleagues on joint projects and provide accurate forecasts to the UK Service Sales Manager.
Requirements:
* Experience in field sales selling service solutions; industry experience is advantageous.
* Strong focus on customer account management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
* Full Driving License.
* IT literacy with extensive experience of Microsoft Office.
