New Build Conveyancer - Newcastle
We are looking for a driven and experienced New Build Conveyancer to join an exciting new venture and help build a brand‑new department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership, shape a new team, and drive forward the development of a new build conveyancing service.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of a diverse caseload of new build residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to completion.
* Work closely with clients, developers, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
* Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the process, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
* Play a key role in setting up and developing the department, with potential to build and lead a team in the future.
About You
* Significant experience in new build conveyancing, with a proven track record of handling a full caseload.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law, particularly with a focus on new builds.
* Highly motivated and proactive, with the drive to take a leading role in establishing and growing a new department.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to embrace the challenge of developing a new service offering.
