Senior Operations Support Engineer

Who you'll be working with:
The Operations Support Engineering team partners with business leaders to provide an outstanding technical and work environment. The team supports desktop, AV, and facilities support.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects to enhance Liberty IT's office environments, desktop hardware/software, and digital communications.
2. Facilitate project delivery, agile ceremonies, and regular progress updates.
3. Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives.
4. Mentor junior team members.
5. Engage with employees and team members to maximize business value.
6. Participate in continuous improvement practices to optimize employee experience, safety, and security.
7. Review and uphold engineering and operational standards.
8. Expand knowledge of IT systems, networks, and office environment best practices.
9. Assess and adopt new solutions using a data-driven approach.
10. Share knowledge through tech talks, blogging, and external events.
Technology Support Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and optimize software and hardware during office hours.
2. Manage onboarding processes, including device and desk setup.
3. Respond to and resolve support tickets, identify recurring issues, and develop solutions.
4. Support AV and digital communication tools for on-site, hybrid, and remote events.
5. Maintain AV and communication tools, update licenses.
6. Support office environment, manage space and occupancy, coordinate intra-office moves, and contribute to energy efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least five years' experience supporting large-scale office environments, including hardware, software, and AV technologies.
* Experience managing software, hardware, and office environment projects.
* Knowledge of agile delivery practices.
* Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and user-centric solutions.
* Current industry-recognized certifications.
Desirable:
* Participation in knowledge sharing activities.
* Experience building customer-centric solutions balancing technical and user needs.
