Job Title: NOC Operations Engineer
Location: Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week working from the Irlam or Telford office.

Role Responsibilities:
* Monitor the network, identify issues, and resolve them remotely or by dispatching engineers.
* Investigate and resolve tickets from managed service agreements with business customers via TSC.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Network Support role.
* Experience working in Data Centre environments.
* Confidence in using routing protocols, especially BGP.
