Key Responsibilities Booking & Payment Administration Monitor deferred payments and follow up where required. Reconcile commission reports and payments. Manage car hire bookings, including: o Saving booking details into Excel. o Locating bookings in the back-office system o Recording all booking details o Saving booking confirmations o Contacting hire providers to ensure bookings have been received and processed correctly at the relevant branch. o Adding confirmation notes in the system once bookings have been checked with the provider. Support & Chasing Assist in chasing for missing transactions. Support the Director with bookings, including ensuring booking forms have been sent to the Customer Care team and that payments are being pursued. General Office Administration Order and manage stationery and office supplies Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required Maintain a tidy and well-organised office environment Skills & Experience Exceptional organisational and time-management skills A sharp eye for detail and accuracy Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with booking/back-office systems Clear communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or collaboratively
