We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor working within an Automotive Trade Dealership Group, in the Croydon area. Our client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor / Parts Sales Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Requirements
* A strong communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
* Preferably at least 2 years\' experience within a Main Dealership or similar environment
* Ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
Duties
* Responding to customer demands - dealing with queries, complaints and orders in a professional tone
* Being proactive with customer issues - communicating with Senior Parts Advisors and Management when situations occur
* Displaying strong logistical skills, by following up on customer calls, as well as retaining key information with products, services and training regimes
* Regularly upselling products and services, to meet sales targets
* Maintaining accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Pre-pick customer orders, and parts look-up
Salary and Hours
The salary for this Parts Sales Advisor position is up to £31,000. Hours of work are 7am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday (no weekends).
