London - Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
Investigo are working with one of the leading UK property companies focusing on market leading assets across a range of UK sites. The Head of Financial Reporting is a key role within the group team, working closely with the Financial Controller, Finance Director and other key stakeholders. This role is ideal for an individual who is looking for a long-term career in an established but continually growing organisation
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the team in the preparation and review of all financial statements for the group
Work closely with investors in providing key information and reporting across key periods
Work closely with auditors, legal and tax teams in all technical accounting matters
Ensure all debt compliance both internally and externally is closely monitored
Work closely with Finance Director to ensure all controls are adhered to and recommend improvement where necessary
Manage and motivate Financial Reporting team and ensure month end processes are effective
Key Requirements
ACA/ACCA Qualified with 4+ years PQE
Relevant working experience in a Real Asset environment
Proven experience in working with complex group structures ideally within a listed organisation
Top 10 audit trained background is desirable but not essential
Proven ability in direct people management and improvement performance
Strong Financial accounting experience with knowledge of reviewing statutory accounting packs
