The role

Reporting to the Director of Estate Services, you`ll be at the forefront of managing and improving a wide range of contracts which includes grounds maintenance as well as cleaning to specialist services like pest control and arboriculture.

You`ll lead a team of Contract Officers and Administrators working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure services are efficient, responsive and meet the needs of our residents. With a clear focus oncollaboration,performance, andcontractual rigour, you`ll embed a contract management approach that delivers real value.
