What we are looking for
We are looking for a talented growth marketer to join our dynamic team to own growth advertising across key digital channels. You will be obsessed with driving new creative ad concepts that speak directly to our customers needs, as well as identifying new opportunities to improve channel performance. You are confident in managing significant budgets, owning multiple channels, and working with agencies to maintain efficiency whilst scaling ad spend. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, intuitively understand our customers, and be comfortable with data.
You are
* 5+ years experience in an acquisition-focused environment, having scaled digital performance in a fast-growing business.
* 2+ years working specifically with Meta.
* Highly numerate in making budget allocation decisions, and capable of supporting ideas and making decisions with data.
* Empathetic marketer with intuitive understanding of customers’ motivations, pain points and barriers to purchase.
* Experience briefing creative to optimise performance & build on learnings.
* Obsessed with relentless testing: including creative, targeting & LTV tests to improve performance in key areas.
* Experience of project managing cross-functional teams to build out key initiatives.
You will
* Own Paid Social management, including managing significant budgets across Meta, identifying new gaps & opportunities for platform improvement, and managing the agency relationship.
* Develop a robust creative feedback loop, which aims to drive new creative concepts that directly address key customer pain points & needs across the marketing funnel.
* Increase ad engagement and conversion through continuous ideation, testing, and learning of ad copy and creative.
* Manage our Awin platform, and nurture new affiliate opportunities that have a potential to increase signup volume and customer quality.
* Develop targeted landing pages for digital channels, to increase conversion rate and page engagement.
* Build out strategies for collecting & targeting new leads.
* Collaborate with our in-house creative team to share learnings, best practices, and execute new ideas following campaigns.
