Fluent Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Full Time

A lovely, welcoming primary school in the Neath area is seeking a fluent Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team on a full-time basis.

The Role
You will be supporting pupils across all primary key stages (Nursery to Year 6), working closely with class teachers to provide high-quality classroom support.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting teaching and learning through the medium of Welsh
* Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
* Promoting positive behaviour using effective behaviour management strategies
* Supporting personal care, including toileting in Nursery
* Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and wellbeing
We Are Looking For:
✔ Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
✔ Experience in education, support work, care, youth work, or sports coaching
✔ Strong behaviour management skills
✔ Confidence working across Nursery to Year 6
✔ A reliable, proactive, and resilient approach
✔ Comfort supporting personal care in early years
✔ ALN experience (desirable)
