About The Role
As a Housekeeping Stylist, reporting directly to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the hotel—from guest rooms to public areas and our heart of house spaces.
Core Responsibilities
16. Prioritising room cleaning to support smooth hotel operations.
17. Following access protocols and ensuring guest privacy before entering rooms.
18. Restocking amenities and supplies to keep everything fresh and inviting.
19. Changing linens and preparing beds to meet brand expectations.
20. Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and removing used items like trash and room service trays.
21. Polishing surfaces, dusting furniture, and keeping walls spotless.
22. Vacuuming and tidying carpets for a flawless finish.
23. Taking ownership of any guest concerns and making sure they’re resolved.
24. Staying on top of all health and safety standards.
25. Representing the W brand with energy and authenticity in every interaction—with guests and fellow team members.
