Working pattern: Full time/Fixed Term Contract of 6 months (with the possibility to extend or become permanent)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, shift pattern 6.30am to 7.30pm. Overtime payable for key school events (pre-agreed), or as directed by the Operations Manager. Overtime will be paid at the rate determined by local agreement.
We are looking to appoint a committed and proactive Assistant Site Manager who will work with the Site Manager and Operations Manager to facilitate the efficient running of the school site. This includes the security, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance of the site and buildings, to meet the needs of the Headteacher and Governors.
The Assistant Site Manager reports to the Site Manager and is required to deal with emergencies on site in the absence of the Site Manager.
