Incredible opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Process Technician at our Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works Site.
As the successful candidate, your role will include operation, sampling, testing, routine checks, maintenance, and problem-solving to ensure services are delivered to standards. This may involve planned and preventative maintenance of equipment to support plant operation. Daily sampling duties will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure effluent quality and process data meet standards.
The role offers varied daily tasks, providing an interesting, challenging, and rewarding environment. Full training and support will be provided regarding Health & Safety, technical, and process requirements.

What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician
* Carry out scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment to improve resilience.
* Conduct daily sample rounds to ensure compliance.
* Perform weekly environmental rounds and fire alarm checks.
* Operate and clean plant and equipment, maintaining safety standards.
* Respond to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure.
* Maintain site cleanliness and undertake safety and security checks.
* Work safely and adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.
Base Location: Maple Lodge - Rickmansworth - WD3 9SQ.
Working Pattern: 38 hours Monday-Friday, plus standby rota with additional pay.
Essential requirements: Full, valid, clean UK driving licence.
