The Role

We’re recruiting for an Estimator to join our repair centre in Ellesmere Port.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient vehicle damage assessments. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll focus on delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting site performance through effective estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce accurate estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive
2. Ensure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documented
3. Follow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi-Methods
4. Process estimates based on site capacity and budget
5. Support KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiency
6. Liaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work required
