Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Sales Representative within the Surgical Technologies (ST) Division around Yorkshire. You will play a significant role within a highly engaged and successful sales team, who all share the same belief: helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through our products and services. This key territory offers huge potential for sustainable growth, along with a solid base of existing customer accounts, making it essential to our future success. The successful candidate will be responsible for our ST portfolio, requiring a growth mindset to drive adoption of our Neptune 3, Neptune S, and SafeAir portfolios. The focus is on driving capital sales growth and delivering value-based business proposals to key target customers. The role involves market creation and change management, so a strong understanding of the capital sales process within NHS and Private sectors will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with existing customers, driving recurrent sales and continuous growth.
2. Cultivate new sales opportunities aligned with our strategy, creating and executing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve quotas.
3. Deliver training sessions and workshops on our ST products to healthcare professionals.
4. Create and present business cases for our product portfolio to key stakeholders, including C-Suite level.
5. Map customer details and maintain a business plan highlighting goals, prioritizing resources to grow your territory effectively.
6. Attend training meetings, trade shows, and other events to represent Stryker and promote our products.
7. Achieve financial targets through effective pipeline management.

Minimum Requirements
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience).
* Proven success in sales, preferably in medical devices.
* Experience in capital sales and understanding of NHS procurement cycles is advantageous.
* Ownership mentality with results-focused drive.
* Ability to work autonomously, organize your diary, and prioritize tasks.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial acumen, ideally with NHS/private sector knowledge.
* Valid driver’s license and English proficiency.
