Senior People Manager
£75k–£85k plus car allowance and package

In this senior role, you’ll work closely with the site leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to steer both operational people activity and long‑term initiatives that support growth, capability, and engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the senior people expert for managers across all functions.
* Leading a broad generalist remit including talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, ER, and succession planning.
* Driving the culture agenda, with a strong focus on engagement, capability, and leadership development.
* Shaping, developing, and implementing people policies and supporting continual improvement across the site.
* Playing a key leadership role in customer audits and ensuring compliance across all people-related processes.
* Influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions at management meetings.
* Able to manage the hands-on aspects of the role in conjunction with the strategic agenda.
