We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Connells. This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.
What We're Looking For:
* Preferably an experienced sales person
* Exceptional customer care/service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hold a full UK driving license
