Coffee Shop Assistant

With exceptional customer service skills, you will act as the 'face' of our Coffee Shop, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
You will possess a can-do attitude, hold relevant experience in the hospitality sector and most importantly, have the ability to adapt this customer focused environment providing a positive experience for each and every one of our visitors.
Working to the highest level of food standards you will have sound knowledge of core Catering requirements and hold a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
You will have the adaptability and flexibility to work to a pattern of hours to meet the needs of service delivery, and the willingness to undertake additional mandatory training including COSHH, Allergen and Intolerance and Basic Hygiene as standard.
This role is ideal for someone wishing to progress into the Catering and Barista Environment, with onsite training and additional responsibilities for candidate who wish to enhance their future career in Front of House services.
Due to our Clee Fields Facility holding an alcohol licence all successful applicants must be 18 years old or over due to licencing agreements on our sites.
Hourly Rate:
* £12.60 per hour
Hours of Work:
* 20 per week
* Working days, early evenings and weekends to an internal rolling rota.
Our state-of-the-art sports facility is open to local teams, community groups and youth teams; and our Bradbury Café is a Community Hub offering hot food, daily meals and beverages.
