Teaching Assistant - Middleton Pay: £103.95-£110 per day Start: ASAP or after notice period About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities Providing targeted support to pupils who may need additional help Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning objectives Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive engagement Helping to maintain an organised, safe and inclusive classroom environment Contributing to the wider life of the school, such as supporting break and lunchtime duties when required This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is eager to learn, and can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
