The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and optimising digital strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support the companys broader marketing goals. This role plays a key role in developing targeted campaigns and managing digital platforms to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand presence across all digital channels. The Digital Engagement Manager will work closely with the Events and PR team to ensure integrated marketing communication across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Digital Engagement Strategy
* Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to effectively reach and influence target audiences, including aviation operators, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
* Align digital efforts with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
Campaign Development & Execution
* Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, the web, and paid advertising.
* Ensure all campaign assets and messaging adhere to brand guidelines and positioning.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rate, CTR, conversion rate, SEO rankings, and audience growth.
* Produce regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
* Work closely with the Events and Public Relations team to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated marketing efforts across digital and offline platforms.
* Support cross-functional initiatives with timely and targeted digital communication strategies.
* Oversee and manage content and performance across digital channels, including:
* Website and blog content (in collaboration with content creators or developers).
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
* Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates.
* Recommend and implement strategies to improve engagement and enhance organic search visibility (SEO).
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 3–5 years in digital marketing or digital engagement roles, ideally within B2B services or aviation/logistics sectors.
* Experience managing multichannel digital campaigns and reporting on ROI.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO/SEM principles.
