Initial Washroom Hygiene - Field Sales Consultant
Location
Edinburgh branch covering parts of Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
Pay Range
* Base salary: £26,799 per annum
* Expected OTE: £34,375 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

* Relocation assistance: Up to £5,000 to help you settle if moving from more than two hours away

Role Overview
In this field‑based role, you will visit both new and existing customers. You will build relationships and sell our innovative washroom services, managing a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new sales opportunities through customer enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, so you should be comfortable on the move. Excellent customer service is essential to everything we do; your effort will be crucial to ensuring our customers are satisfied.
Responsibilities
Visit customers daily to promote and sell washroom hygiene solutions, maintaining strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. Coordinate sales presentations and product demonstrations. Attend training and development sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback. Collaborate with the field sales team to meet quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven
* Excellent problem‑solving skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face‑to‑face customer interactions
* May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for
