The Role: Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx
Location: Brighton & Hove - East Sussex

The Role
This is a chance to work within a supportive and collaborative team and be the experienced solicitor with dedicated legal assistants. You'll receive both administrative and expert legal support to help you succeed. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping and driving the department’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital team member, you’ll be responsible for:
* Handling wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), probate matters, inheritance tax issues and trusts
* Drafting trust documents with precision
* Offering outstanding client care and managing client expectations effectively
* Taking initiative in business development activities to strengthen the department’s presence
Ideal Candidate
* Possess over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Be technically competent with a broad range of private client expertise
* Be highly organised, proactive, and willing to contribute to the growth of the department
* Be a STEP member (desirable, but not essential)
