About the Role
Our ICMP student helpdesk provides accessible, coherent, and intuitive help to students seeking support with a range of student life, academic and administrative queries. It is a central element in ICMP’s ongoing commitment to providing excellent student experience. Student Advisors provide a visible, high-quality and customer focused first point of contact and
information/advice service.
As a Student Advisor Team Leader, you will provide onsite coordination for Student Advisorteam. You will also help deliver an excellent experience for all students within ICMP. You will provide friendly, efficient, and effective advice and support in response to student enquiries, in person, via email, and over the phone. You will ensure that students receive timely and
accurate advice and/or signpost them appropriately to seek further information. You will provide front reception support to applicants, visitors, students and staff at ICMP campuses.
