What Youll Be Doing:

* Own and implement a robust Health & Safety Management System, conducting gap analysis and driving improvements.
* Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR.
* Lead fire and risk assessments, manage audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), and support waste handling strategies.
* Engage with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and facilities to embed a safety-first culture.
* Deliver training, mentor teams, and support change management initiatives.
* Strategically zoom out to plan and zoom in to deliver balancing vision with hands-on execution.
